About the Road Accident Fund

The Road Accident Fund provides a social security safety net to the country and the economy by providing compulsory, social insurance cover to all users of South African roads and their families by means of a fuel levy. We assist victims of road accidents to lodge and negotiate injury claims against the Road Accident Fund.
